Case Study

Tonna Hospital, Swansea Bay NHS

We were recently commissioned by Swansea Bay University Health Board to provide wallart for Uned Gobaith (‘Unit of Hope’), the first purpose built unit in Wales for women who experience serious mental health problems during pregnancy and following the birth of their child.

The new six-bed interim unit, based at Tonna Hospital, will grant mums in Wales access to specialist care for themselves and their babies much closer to home. Uned Gobaith will also offer accommodation for family members travelling to visit their loved ones.

We were really proud to support this unique project. The beautiful artwork was created by Kerry Lemon following extensive research into local plant life and landscape. The graphics were printed and installed by Ministry Graphics following the production of samples.
